ContentBridgeTM provides IASIS - a national health care provider – an enterprise-level solution with the power to create and update web site content that requires minimal technical expertise.

January 10, 2008 - Cambridge, MA - MedTouch, a leading provider of interactive, web-based solutions for health care organizations, announced an agreement with IASIS for the full-scale implementation of ContentBridgeTM, MedTouch’s industry leading enterprise-level content management platform, in 16 acute care hospitals. IASIS is a leading owner/operator of medium-sized acute care hospitals in high-growth urban and suburban markets around the United States.

ContentBridge provides IASIS with a powerful workflow process for assigning, reviewing, editing and publishing pages. The safe, affordable and all-inclusive platform also eliminates the need for IASIS to purchase any additional software. Highlights of ContentBridge include document, workflow and keyword management tools, site-wide search and tracking capabilities, and integrated access to a robust online health library.

“IASIS selected ContentBridge because it’s the right technology for the right organization,” said Paul Griffiths, CEO of MedTouch. “IASIS was strategic in selecting a product that includes ease of implementation and use, a wide variety of modules designed to help the company interact with its customers and the strong support system MedTouch provides for its clients. We’re thrilled to be partnering with IASIS to help them achieve their goals.”

IASIS, located in Franklin, Tennessee, owns or leases 16 acute care hospitals and one behavioral health hospital with a total of 2,693 beds in service and has total annual net revenue of approximately $1.8 billion. These hospitals are located in six regions: Salt Lake City, Utah; Phoenix, Arizona; Tampa-St. Petersburg, Florida; three cities in Texas, including San Antonio; Las Vegas, Nevada; and West Monroe, Louisiana.

“We’re excited about launching a new partnership with MedTouch and look forward to collaborating on the redesign of our hospital web sites,” said Brian Loflin, Chief Information Officer for IASIS Healthcare. “We believe MedTouch’s technical expertise, knowledge of the healthcare industry and innovative approach to content management will enhance and support our web strategies.”
