I think is actually one of the students taking part in the new federal program Self-Esteem Educational Directions for Youth (SEEDY). Instead of using grades or other antiquated and degrading measures the youths can opt for a tatoo such as the one above or get inked in other popular postive messages such as: rainbow arm-band, Peace-Sign cheek moniker (symbol or raised fingers), “Itz All Good” neck brand or “I Feel Good All Over” lower-back tat
